This allows us to guarantee your preferred accommodation and prepare for your arrival. Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. (This is only applicable for individual bookings, NOT GROUP BOOKINGS) This gives us enough time to offer the room to other potential guests. Deduction of Taxes: Please note that a 18% tax will be deducted from the refunded amount as per local regulations. This ensures compliance with legal obligations and helps cover administrative costs. Refund Timeframe: We strive to process all eligible refunds within 5 business days. However, depending on the payment method and bank processing times, it may take a few additional days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
