A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, online transfers and UPI. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and check-in without an adult. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Occupancy and Additional Guests: The maximum occupancy for each room type is clearly stated during the booking process. Additional guests may incur extra charges, and all guests must be registered upon check-in. Smoking Policy: Our resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available in specified outdoor locations. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on the premises. Pet parents to make sure to keep the pets on leash. Damages and Liabilities: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the resort’s property during their stay. The resort reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any necessary repairs or replacement costs. Noise and Disturbances: Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Any disruptive behavior or disturbance may result in a request to leave the premises without a refund. Safety and Security: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Follow all safety instructions, guidelines, and regulations provided by the resort staff.
